Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position; specific shifts/schedule provided during interview
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CVOR specialty preferred)
- BLS certification required
- Experience assisting with cardiovascular surgical procedures strongly preferred
- Proficiency in sterile technique and OR protocols
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the CVOR suite and maintain aseptic environments
- Assist surgeons and RNs during cardiovascular surgeries
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and available
- Monitor patient safety and respond efficiently to emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation and support postoperative patient care
