Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts: 5 x 8-hour (08:30 - 17:00)
  • 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

  • NBSTSA certification required
  • Demonstrated scrub experience within the past year
  • Comfortable providing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support cardiac and vascular procedures as a certified CVOR Tech within the surgical services department
  • Prepare and maintain sterile environments, instruments, and supplies for each case
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure optimal patient safety and procedure flow
  • Adhere to strict protocols and standard operating procedures for infection control and best practices
  • Document care accurately and communicate effectively with perioperative teams
