A specialized opportunity exists for an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician with strong Neuro skills. This contract role is based in Saint Paul, MN, offering a dynamic work environment within a leading hospital known for its advanced surgical care. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage surgical instrumentation and equipment for CVOR operations, specializing in Neuro procedures.
  • Support orthopedic surgeries including total joint replacements and trauma cases.
  • Assist in Peripheral Vascular and Cardiovascular surgeries.
  • Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure sterile field and patient safety.
  • Float within OR as needed, supporting various specialties.
  • Work varied shifts including 10-hour day and evening shifts, with start times between 7 AM and 3 PM.
  • Provide Neuro call support.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years recent CVOR experience with Neuro focus.
  • Proficiency in Epic systems and DaVinci robotic surgical systems.
  • Strong orthopedic knowledge, including total joint and trauma cases, preferred.
  • Experience in Peripheral Vascular and Cardiovascular OR settings preferred.
  • Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required at time of application.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • No on-call responsibilities.
  • New graduates will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour shifts, day and evening options
  • Shift start times vary: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM
