Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Day shifts
- Rotating weekday and weekend call
Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Military Trained accepted
- Experience in a CVOR or high-acuity surgical environment preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-centered setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, adhering to aseptic protocols
- Prepare and maintain operating room instruments and sterile fields
- Work effectively with the nursing and surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Manage supplies and support inventory needs in the OR
- Participate in call rotations and respond rapidly to emergencies
