Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist the surgical team by organizing instruments and supplies during procedures
• Ensure sterile techniques are maintained throughout operations
• Support and monitor patient safety standards in the OR
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiology staff for seamless patient care
• Manage instruments, equipment, and sterile fields before, during, and after surgeries
• Handle the maintenance, sterilization, and inventory of surgical equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CVOR Tech or in a Nursing CVOR Tech role
• Understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols
• Proficient in sterilization techniques and infection control measures
• Demonstrated ability to stay focused and calm in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant certifications/license as required for CVOR Tech
