Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• On-call required

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credentials
• Previous experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting
• Proficient in both endovascular and open-heart surgical procedures
• Familiarity supporting thoracic specialty cases
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a Hybrid OR environment combining surgical and interventional skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt within fast-paced surgical teams
• Flexible to adjust schedule as needed for on-call coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons in the CVOR during endovascular, open-heart, and thoracic procedures
• Prepare and maintain surgical instrumentation, supplies, and sterile fields
• Support the surgical team in the Hybrid OR for combined intervention and surgical cases
• Respond promptly to call requirements and emergent situations
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate seamlessly with nursing, anesthesia, and other healthcare professionals to enable optimal patient outcomes
