Working in a high-caliber Cardiovascular OR environment provides exceptional exposure to a variety of advanced surgical procedures and technologies. Youll build your resume while collaborating alongside an expert team, supporting three hospital campuses, and adapting to diverse workplace styles and leadership philosophies. This is an excellent way to enhance your professional skills and broaden your network.

Schedule:

  • Weekday shifts: 7:00 am 5:00 pm
  • No weekends
  • Call required; details to be discussed at interview

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiovascular surgery
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly, confidently, and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Strong background in procedures such as CABG, AAA repair, valve replacement, and TAVR
  • Willingness to float and support various campuses as needed
  • Experience with Stryker and GE surgical equipment preferred
  • Proficiency with Meditech EMR systems

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team supporting cardiovascular surgery cases
  • Ensure optimal patient care with a dedicated 1:1 patient-to-staff ratio
  • Maintain high standards in operating room practices across three campuses as market support
  • Prepare and manage specialized equipment for cardiovascular procedures
  • Demonstrate adaptability by floating between locations and responding to call as required
