This opportunity focuses on cardiovascular operating room care, specifically as a CVOR Tech, supporting cardiac surgical excellence across multiple hospital campuses. Day shifts run Monday through Friday, from 7A to 5P, with no weekend requirements. Occasional on-call duties will vary and be discussed during your interview. You'll collaborate with a skilled, close-knit team utilizing modern Stryker and GE equipment, and document care using the Meditech EMR platform. This assignment offers the unique chance to work with experienced cardiac teams across different hospitals, enhancing your skills and professional network while gaining diverse resume-building experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years cardiovascular surgery experience required
  • Proficiency in CABG, AAA, valve replacement, TAVR procedures
  • Flexible, self-assured, and effective in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to float and support multiple market campuses as needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CVOR support before, during, and after advanced cardiac surgeries
  • Maintain the highest standards of sterility and equipment function
  • Collaborate with RNs and other surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Accurately chart and communicate patient status in Meditech
  • Participate in call rotation to support fluctuating caseloads (as scheduled)
