Working with the cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) team, youll have exposure to advanced cardiovascular surgical procedures at state-of-the-art facilities. This is a unique chance to deepen your expertise alongside skilled surgical teams, increasing your adaptability and learning from diverse clinical and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • Call required; details discussed during interview

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiovascular surgery
  • Demonstrated expertise as a team-playerflexible, confident, and collaborative
  • Ability to float between multiple campuses as needed
  • Proficiency with Stryker and GE equipment; comfortable working in Meditech EMR
  • Willing to support heart teams at additional affiliated locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in complex procedures such as CABG, AAA repairs, valve replacements, and TAVR
  • Work within dedicated surgical teams (day shift: two RNs, one CST)
  • Maintain 1:1 patient ratios to ensure premier patient care
  • Adapt to varying call schedules and support across campuses when needed
