This opportunity calls for a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist with a focus in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures, located in Lakeville, MN. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in complex neuro surgeries, including trauma and vascular cases
• Perform orthopedic procedures, including total joint support and ortho trauma
• Utilize advanced skills with technologies such as Epic and DaVinci surgical systems
• Provide flexible coverage and assistance throughout the OR as needed
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts occasionally

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience, preferably in neuro-focused surgical tech roles
• Ability to effectively support orthopedic and peripheral vascular procedures
• Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification at time of application
• Demonstrated proficiency with neuro call responsibilities
• Experience with total joint replacements and ortho trauma highly preferred

Schedule and Contract Details:

• 10-hour shifts, day or evening, with variable start times (between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.)
• Occasional weekend and holiday coverage as required
• Contract duration aligns with client staffing needs, typically not exceeding 7 days of return-to-office (RTO) mandates
