Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active certification as a CVOR Tech or equivalent clinical experience
- Valid Registered Nurse license (if applicable in your specialty)
- Previous CVOR, OR, or surgical environment experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt confidently to new settings and workflows
