Schedule/Hours:
- 2:30pm 11:00pm
- On-call rotation required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert perioperative care in the CVOR, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and instrumentation
- Function as a scrub assistant to physicians during operative and/or invasive cardiovascular procedures
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and support staff, adhering to protocols outlined in the Surgical Technologist Skills Inventory
- Serve as a knowledge resource and mentor for fellow staff
Qualifications:
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist via NBSTSA or NCCT
- Previous experience as a CVOR Tech or related operating room/surgical technologist role preferred
