Working the 2:30 pm11:00 pm shift with on-call rotation, youll handle a variety of cardiovascular operating room cases, enhancing your cardiovascular OR expertise and collaborating with seasoned professionals. Your role will allow you to learn new approaches to perioperative care, utilize advanced technology, and further develop leadership skills as a valuable mentor and resource for peers in fast-paced surgical environments.

Key Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA or NCCT
- Hands-on experience in CVOR technology and scrubbing
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in high-stress situations
- Previous pediatric or large hospital experience is highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Function as scrub assistant supporting cardiovascular surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
- Assist with instrumentation, equipment management, and perioperative care
- Contribute to a collaborative surgical team, acting as a resource for other staff members
- Maintain stringent adherence to sterilization protocols and surgical best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations as required
