This role on a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Heart Team provides a unique avenue for professional growth. Work alongside innovative surgical teams in a dynamic environment that emphasizes learning and adaptability. As a travel CVOR Tech, youll gain hands-on experience with advanced medical technology and diverse procedural protocols, broadening your clinical knowledge and giving your resume a distinctive edge.

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Call required; details discussed in interview

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Cardiovascular Surgery experience
• Flexible, confident, and proven ability to thrive as a team player
• Proficiency supporting a high-volume surgical unit and ability to float between campuses as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with procedures such as CABG, AAA repair, valve replacement, and TAVR
• Familiarity using Stryker/GE surgical equipment and Meditech EMR

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a skilled team (teams of RNs and CSTs) to deliver cardiovascular surgical care
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio for optimal focus and outcomes
• Support both the primary and affiliated surgical campuses, ensuring continuous quality care
• Actively participate in call rotations as staffing needs arise
