This assignment will position you on a highly specialized Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team, working closely with professionals dedicated to excellence in cardiac care. You'll be supporting several local campuses, collaborating within close-knit teams, and equipped with advanced Stryker and GE technology while charting in Meditech.
Schedule / Hours:
- Day shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (no weekends)
- Flexible call requirementsdetails discussed during the interview
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Expertise as a CVOR Tech/CST in high-acuity surgical environments
- Ability to remain adaptable, confident, and a collaborative team player
- Willingness to float between facilities as needed
- Familiarity with procedures such as CABG, AAA repair, valve replacement, and TAVR
- Comfortable supporting teams on various shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level, direct clinical support for complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain the highest standard of patient care
- Operate and maintain advanced surgical equipment
- Document efficiently within Meditech EMR
- Adapt to and support facility needs, including floating to affiliated campuses
