Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Flexibility for day/evening hours as needed
• Call required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience as a CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• NBSTA and DORA certifications required prior to start
• Proven experience in Ortho/Joint surgical procedures
• Strongly preferred: Level I trauma and prior Meditech EMR experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during complex cardiovascular, neuro, transplant, ortho/spine, and trauma procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and uphold safety standards
• Communicate effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes and emergent situations
