Step into a challenging and rewarding role supporting a cardiac OR team serving multiple campuses and diverse patient populations. Collaborate closely with skilled RNs on a heart team recognized for their excellence and innovation. Here, you will refine your abilities with advanced Stryker and GE equipment while using Meditech EMR, gaining exposure to forward-thinking surgical techniques and varied leadership stylesa perfect boost for your professional journey.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Weekday shifts only)
- Call is required and will be discussed during the interview
- No weekends
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Cardiovascular Surgery experience
- Flexible, confident, and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proven ability to support teams across multiple campuses as needed
- Strong background in CVOR procedures: CABG, AAA repair, valve replacement, TAVR
- Experience with Stryker and GE surgical equipment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert surgical tech support during advanced cardiovascular procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all instruments are prepared for specialized cases
- Float as needed to support other campuses
- Embody adaptability, teamwork, and clinical excellence
