Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekday shifts: 7:00am 5:00pm
  • No weekend shifts
  • On-call required (details to be discussed during interview)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cardiovascular Surgery
  • Demonstrated flexibility, confidence, and teamwork orientation
  • Strong understanding of CVOR environments
  • Proficiency with procedures such as CABG, AAA, Valve Replacement, and TAVR
  • Familiarity with Stryker/GE equipment and Meditech EMR preferred
  • Willingness to support and float to additional facilities as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cardiovascular surgeries, working as part of a collaborative team
  • Maintain patient safety and adhere to strict sterile protocols
  • Prepare, operate, and ensure the readiness of surgical equipment
  • Document in EMR systems; ensure accurate and timely records
  • Sustain effective communication within multi-disciplinary surgical teams
