In this travel role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality care within the operating room as a CVOR Tech, supporting complex cardiac surgical procedures. Desired Skills & Experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent CVOR Tech certification required
- Previous experience in cardiac or cardiovascular operating room settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to function well in high-pressure, team-oriented environments
- Familiarity with sterile field setup, instrumentation, and cardiac-specific procedures
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain the CVOR suite for scheduled and emergency cardiac procedures
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and anticipating needs during operations
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
