• Certification or proven training as a CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician)
• Solid background supporting cardiovascular surgical procedures
• In-depth knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
• Proficiency with operating room instrumentation and troubleshooting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms for scheduled and emergency procedures
• Set up, operate, and monitor specialized surgical equipment
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
• Maintain a sterile field and enforce infection control standards
• Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after procedures
• Document surgical procedures and report any variances or concerns promptly
