Schedule:
- Day shift: 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)
- 13-week assignment
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- NBSTSA certification required
- Recent scrub experience within the past year
- Strong background in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Comfort working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cardiovascular OR suites and assist surgical teams during procedures
- Scrub in for cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring sterile technique
- Manage surgical instruments and supplies with efficiency and precision
- Foster safe and supportive environments for patients of varying age groups
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within the surgical suite
