In this Cardiovascular OR Tech travel assignment, youll support premier cardiac surgical teams, adapting to varied hospital settings and expanding your understanding of evolving workplace protocols and leadership dynamics. Between weekday shifts, take in Colorados scenic beauty, from mountain trails to thriving arts districtsevery day off is a new adventure.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, weekdays only
- No weekend shifts
- Call required; specific requirements discussed during interview
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Cardiovascular Surgery experience required
- Background in advanced surgical procedures: CABG, AAA repair, valve replacements, TAVR
- Strong adaptability with a team-focused, confident approach
- Flexible to float between campuses as patient needs demand
- Proficient with Stryker/GE equipment and Meditech EMR
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CVOR teams during intricate cardiovascular surgeries
- Assist in operating and maintaining specialized surgical equipment
- Work within a dedicated team (mix of RNs and CSTs) with a 1:1 patient care ratio
- Ensure adherence to sterile protocols and safety measures
- Contribute to seamless care continuity across three major campuses
