Schedule/Hours:

• Weekday shifts: 7:00 am 5:00 pm
• No weekends
• Call required (details to be discussed during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled support to the OR Heart Team, ensuring efficient CV surgery procedures such as CABG, AAA, valve replacements, and TAVR.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team (2 RNs and 1 CST during day shifts), supporting high-quality patient care with excellent ratios.
• Float to support other campuses as needed, enhancing market-wide clinical expertise.
• Operate with advanced equipment, including Stryker/GE, and document care using Meditech EMR.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in cardiovascular surgery.
• Proven teamwork skillsflexible, confident, and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Willingness to float to partner campuses as required.
