Working as a CVOR Tech offers a unique chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at multiple campuses, gaining exposure to a variety of workplace practices and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- Weekday shifts: 7:00 am 5:00 pm
- No weekends
- Call required (details to be discussed during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled support to the OR Heart Team, ensuring efficient CV surgery procedures such as CABG, AAA, valve replacements, and TAVR.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team (2 RNs and 1 CST during day shifts), supporting high-quality patient care with excellent ratios.
- Float to support other campuses as needed, enhancing market-wide clinical expertise.
- Operate with advanced equipment, including Stryker/GE, and document care using Meditech EMR.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in cardiovascular surgery.
- Proven teamwork skillsflexible, confident, and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Willingness to float to partner campuses as required.
