Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain sterile fields and surgical asepsis independently throughout procedures.

• Prepare, assemble, sterilize, and handle specialty surgical instruments.
• Assist in the positioning of patients and preparation of surgical drapes.
• Review physician preference lists and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready.
• Respond effectively to surgical emergencies and support intraoperative nursing practices.
