This per diem position empowers you to take control of your schedule, offering flexibility and autonomy as you support patients in their own homes.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts available MondaySunday

- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly commitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members
- Evaluate patients past and present medical history, conditions, and medication usage
- Educate individuals on managing ongoing medical conditions and the purpose of their medications
- Detect gaps in care and make evidence-based recommendations to address them
- Perform visits in various locations throughout Meigs County, including Pomeroy, Rutland Township, Chester Township, and surrounding areas
- Focus exclusively on assessmentsno prescribing or designing treatment plans required
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in Ohio
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 6 months of current NP experience preferred
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
You will earn compensation of $80$90 per evaluation, with an additional mileage stipend and payment for administrative tasks.
