**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and accommodations to thrive academically.
**Responsibilities:**
- Craft and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with special requirements, in cooperation with parents, guardians, and fellow educators.
- Offer dynamic virtual teaching sessions employing a range of instructional techniques and assistive technologies to cater to varying learning preferences and capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate student advancement, adapt teaching approaches accordingly, and meticulously document student achievements and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, support personnel, and school leaders to foster inclusive learning atmospheres that nurture the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education in the state.
- Proven experience working with students with disabilities in a virtual or blended learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.

- 1099 contract.
- Liability insurance is required by the start of the position.
