Job Description

We currently have a job opening for a special education teacher in the Augusta, Georgia area for the upcoming school year.

The ideal applicant will have experience with autism and behavioral experience.

Requirements to apply:

Masters degree in special education or a related field
Georgia special education teacher license
Experience working with children that have special needs
Experience working with children with autism and behavioral needs.

Typical responsibilities:

Instruct students both individually and in group settings
Evaluate and monitor student progress in and outside of the classroom
Evaluate student progress based on output and work output
Determine and implement set goals, objectives and directives
Plan and implement IEP's
