We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The COTA will work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to provide top-notch therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Assist in patient evaluations and help develop treatment plans
Conduct therapeutic activities with patients
Monitor and document patient progress and overall well-being
Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
