Job Title: Travel RN - Long Term Care
Location: Eckert, CO

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility in Eckert, CO. This position offers a unique opportunity for compassionate individuals to provide quality care to residents in need.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Colorado.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care.
Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR system preferred.
Completion of COVID-19 vaccination.
Availability for night shifts, Friday through Sunday, with 8-hour shifts.
