Job Title: Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract Position
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Duration: 8-13 Weeks

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract position in home health care in Santa Fe, NM. This is an exceptional opportunity for LPNs with proficiency in Homecare Homebase software, dedicated to providing exceptional care within patients' homes.

Position Details:

Duration: 8-13 weeks, with potential for extension
Shifts: Variable shifts available
Pay: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

Active New Mexico LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care
Proficiency with Homecare Homebase software
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Utilize Homecare Homebase software for accurate and efficient documentation and patient care management
Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and other nursing interventions as directed by the care plan
Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal health outcomes
