Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent
- Current Medical Assistant certification or registration (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a medical office or clinical environment is preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new office systems and workflows
Role Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures
- Take vital signs, record medical histories, and prepare patients for exams
- Support providers during patient exams and procedures
- Administer basic procedures and follow clinical protocols
- Manage medical records with attention to confidentiality and accuracy
- Perform front office duties as needed, including scheduling and insurance verification
