Are you a nurturing and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling role in Marquette, Michigan? We're actively seeking a dedicated RN for an exciting 13-week contract. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to craft comprehensive home care treatment plans.
Maintain meticulous records and monitor patient conditions and progress.
Administer medications and provide crucial wound care as needed.
Ensure meticulous documentation using relevant systems, including HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Platforms.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Michigan.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health.
Prior experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS Platforms preferred.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Details:

Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Marquette, MI area.
Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Marquette.
