Job Title: Mammography Technician (Travel Position)
Location: Houston, TX
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Certifications Required: BLS, Certified Mammography Technologist - ARRT (M) Verification

Job Description:
As a Mammography Technician in this travel position based in Houston, TX, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic mammography procedures and assisting radiologists in the interpretation of mammography images. Your duties will include operating mammography equipment, positioning patients for imaging, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

  1. Current BLS certification
  2. Certified Mammography Technologist with ARRT (M) Verification
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography
  4. Proficiency in operating mammography equipment and performing diagnostic procedures
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  7. Attention to detail and commitment to patient care and safety
