Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a home health position in West Monroe, LA. The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in case management home health, with a minimum of one year, and familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare documentation. Private Duty nursing experience will not be considered as qualified.

Requirements:

Recent case management home health experience (minimum one year)
Experience with Medicaid/Medicare documentation
Current license
Basic Life Support certification
