Schedule/Hours:

• Seven 10-hour shifts in a two-week cycle
• Mon/Fri: 0700-1730
• Sat/Sun: 0800-1830
• Cyclical rotation: Work Sat/Sun/Mon, off Tues/Wed, work Thurs/Fri, off Sat/Sun/Mon, work Tues/Wed, off Thurs/Fri, and repeat
• Alternates between a 30-hour week and a 40-hour week

Key Qualifications:

• Valid ASCP or AMT certification required
• Accepting both MLT and MT credentials
• Preferred background as a hospital laboratory generalist
• Proficiency with Roche Chemistry, Sysmex Hematology, and manual Gram stains

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses with accuracy
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
• Interpret results using established protocols
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Prioritize workflow for optimal efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain meticulous records and observe all compliance standards

$1,463 - $1,542/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
