Job Description

Step into a key role advancing patient care by utilizing your expertise in medical laboratory science. As a valued member of the healthcare team, you will support accurate diagnostics and high-quality patient outcomes, applying your knowledge as either a Medical Technologist or a Medical Lab Technician.

Schedule:

  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Daytime hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in medical laboratory science or related field
  • Demonstrated competency in clinical laboratory testing, instrument operation, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of laboratory safety and quality control procedures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology
  • Analyze samples efficiently to deliver reliable results to clinicians
  • Maintain laboratory instrumentation and conduct periodic quality assurance checks
  • Document results, track specimens, and uphold strict adherence to confidentiality and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with the latest laboratory protocols and technology

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
