This contract position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a modern laboratory environment, supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver precise and timely test results.

Schedule:

• Day shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS, ASCP or equivalent), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT, ASCP or equivalent)
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, as required for certification
• Proven experience in clinical laboratory procedures, quality control, and instrumentation
• Solid understanding of laboratory regulations and safety protocols
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with automated analyzers, specimen processing, and data entry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
• Analyze, interpret, and report results with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment, troubleshooting as necessary
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist with specimen collection, labeling, and processing
• Document all test data and maintain clear, organized records
• Collaborate with clinicians and other lab professionals to support patient diagnosis and care
• Uphold laboratory safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
