Schedule:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
• Day shift for optimal work-life balance

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by an accredited certifying organization
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Demonstrated competency in core clinical laboratory techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in laboratory information systems and standard operating procedures
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and other laboratory staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform, analyze, and validate laboratory tests across multiple disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.) following established protocols
• Accurately document findings, maintain written records, and input results into the laboratory information system
• Conduct quality control and calibration procedures to ensure reliable results
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and laboratory standards
• Assist with specimen collection and processing as needed
• Participate in continuing education and departmental training activities
