Qualifications:
- Completion of a two-year AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program in a Joint Commission approved facility
- Current, unencumbered license to practice radiologic technology in the state
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiology
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Proficient in fluoroscopy and C-ARM imaging procedures
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and C-ARM procedures with accuracy and attention to patient safety
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for examinations while explaining procedures clearly
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality diagnostic services
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in imaging areas
