Step into a fast-paced environment providing critical Imaging - X-ray services within a major Level II trauma center. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled imaging professional ready to care for patients in a high-volume hospital setting, performing a wide range of diagnostic exams across multiple departments.

Schedule/Hours:

• 33.5-hour weekly contract, including:
  • One 9.5-hour night shift (Friday, 8:00 pm 5:30 am)
  • Two 12-hour night shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 pm 7:30 am)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Imaging - X-ray experience required; 2 years strongly preferred
• First time travelers welcome
• Current BLS certification and ARRT registration
• Proficient with PACS, portable imaging, C-Arm, and contrast protocols
• OR and fluoroscopy experience required, including lumbar punctures, GI studies, and procedures such as bronchoscopies and ERCPs
• Experience with electronic health records; EPIC required, Interlad preferred
• Familiarity with multiple imaging equipment brands, including Samsung, Siemens, Phillips, Carestream, GE OEC C-arms, and O-arm
• Ability to respond efficiently to a fast-moving central imaging department serving ER, OR, NICU, endoscopy, inpatients, and outpatients

Responsibilities:

• Perform 250300+ exams daily, including portable and specialized procedures
• Collaborate with teams in OR, emergency, endoscopy, day surgery, and NICU settings
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and trauma protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC systems
• Adapt quickly to meet the varied demands of a high-acuity hospital environment
