A skilled radiologic technologist is needed for a contract assignment in Volcano, HI, supporting imaging services with expertise in X-ray procedures. This role requires a professional capable of independently operating radiographic equipment and adhering strictly to radiation safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of two years as a radiologic technologist
- Proficient in operating radiographic equipment independently
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety and protocols
- Must possess a dosimeter badge
- Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by assignment start
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification mandatory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience with Epic EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR preferred

Responsibilities:

Schedule:
- Varied shifts including day and evening hours
- Approximately 3 days of on-call duty per month
- Flexibility required no guaranteed hours or specific time off
Additional Notes: Travelers must arrive the Thursday before the assignment start date to complete necessary clearance appointments on Friday. Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply for licensure upon acceptance. Punctual arrival and full compliance with licensing requirements are essential.
