Key Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- License to practice as a radiologic technologist in New York State (or eligibility)
- Previous X-ray/imaging experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain patient records
- Provide high-quality images for provider review, adjusting techniques as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver exceptional patient care
