Key Qualifications:
- ARRT certification required
- Valid state license (or eligible)
- Previous experience with diagnostic X-ray imaging preferred
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards
- Exceptional anatomic positioning skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging with precise use of ionizing radiation for diagnosis
- Position both patients and equipment to obtain accurate, high-quality diagnostic images
- Uphold rigorous radiation protection protocols for both patients and staff
- Use independent judgment to adjust technical factors for optimal image clarity, factoring in anatomy, disease impact, and equipment operation
