A contract opportunity is available for an experienced medical imaging professional specializing in X-ray, located in Odessa, TX. This role focuses on providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services during weekend night shifts, playing a key part in supporting patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- ARRT (R) certification
- TXMRT licensure required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven experience in imaging, particularly X-ray procedures
- Availability to work weekend nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Willingness to work holidays that coincide with scheduled shifts
Schedule/Hours:
- Weekend night shifts only
- 3x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
- Start date strongly preferred on March 9, with consideration for March 16
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging following safety protocols and operational standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and timely results
- Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines regarding imaging and patient care
