Job Description
This opportunity is for a full-time Rad Tech/CT Tech specializing in diagnostic imaging, providing a critical role within a 78-bed hospital and multiple outpatient clinics. The schedule is a consistent night shift from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, working 7 days on followed by 7 days off, without on-call duties. This contract position requires advanced skills in fluoroscopy, OR, orthopedics, X-ray, and CT imaging.
Responsibilities include delivering diagnostic radiology services for diverse departments such as oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedic practices, and various specialty clinics including family practice, internal medicine, urology, womens health, and pediatrics. The environment may be fast-paced, demanding a high level of confidence, independence, and strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure the production of high-quality imaging.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certifications: ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification through the American Heart Association
- Flu vaccination required, no exemptions accepted
- Demonstrated ability to perform fluoroscopy, OR, orthopedic, X-ray, and CT imaging with proficiency
- Comfort working independently and handling a diverse caseload in a dynamic setting
