Advance your career in medical imaging with an opportunity focused on providing exceptional diagnostic care. Currently seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist skilled in X-ray procedures, this contract role is essential to supporting clinical operations and optimizing patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper positioning of patients for imaging procedures to obtain optimal image quality
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot X-ray equipment, documenting all maintenance and safety checks
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety policies for patient, self, and staff protection
• Accurately process and prepare images for reviewing physicians and log all completed procedures
• Assist with patient preparation and provide clear instructions to facilitate a comfortable and safe experience
• Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Current certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated proficiency performing X-ray imaging procedures
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients
