Schedule:
- 24 hours per week, Part Time
- Alternating weeks: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (7:00 am 3:30 pm) one week; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:00 am 3:30 pm) the next
Desired Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (R) certification required
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience operating digital X-ray equipment and performing a variety of radiologic examinations
- Excellent patient-focused communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and standardized procedures
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and proper alignment for optimal imaging results
- Accurately document patient information and maintain detailed imaging records within electronic health systems
- Operate radiology equipment following regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
- Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients and address any concerns or questions
- Assist with maintaining supplies and the cleanliness of imaging suites
