Embark on a rewarding opportunity as an X-ray Technologist specializing in Radiology and Cardiology. This contract role is designed for experienced professionals who thrive in dynamic hospital settings and are committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 10:30pm 7:00am
- Night shift, 5x8-hour blocks
- No weekend shifts required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an X-ray Technologist
- ARRT (R) certification required (must be current and unrestricted)
- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience may be considered if this is their first contract assignment
- Must not be considered a local (must reside more than 100 miles away from facility)
- No block schedule accommodations; schedule is preset
- All requests for time off must be submitted during application; additional requests will not be accepted after offer
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging for both radiology and cardiology cases
- Ensure all studies are conducted to the standards of safety, quality, and patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Follow all hospital policies and protocols, including infection control procedures
- Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery
