This opportunity is for an experienced X-ray Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The position is travel-based, offering professionals the chance to work at a respected medical group for a 13-week assignment.
Location: Marietta, GA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Duration: 13-week travel assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations following established protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate imaging reports
- Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an X-ray Technologist in a clinical setting
- Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical environment
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
