As a traveling Imaging - X-ray specialist, youll gain exposure to the latest in diagnostic techniques and work alongside seasoned professionals, each sharing different perspectives in patient care and workflow optimization. Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT or equivalent)
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficient in digital radiography and conventional X-ray equipment
- Strong patient-centric attitude with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of recent X-ray imaging experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout exams
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment according to established protocols
- Properly document and manage imaging records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care
