Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week contract
  • 8-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM3:30 PM or 8:00 AM4:30 PM
  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekend rotation: Every other week
  • Holiday coverage: As required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist
  • Proficient with Carestream X-ray equipment
  • Current ARRT certification
  • Active Illinois radiologic technologist license
  • BLS certification
  • New graduates are not eligible for this opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality diagnostic X-ray images in accordance with physician orders
  • Operate Carestream X-ray systems efficiently
  • Uphold rigorous safety and infection control protocols
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate patient documentation in electronic health systems
  • Deliver compassionate care, maintaining patient comfort and confidentiality
