Join a dynamic imaging team specializing in advanced X-ray technology in High Point, NC. This contract opportunity offers exposure to a fast-paced hospital environment recognized for its Level II trauma care. The role involves performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple hospital departments, including emergency, operating rooms, NICU, and outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality X-ray imaging, including portable and C-arm modalities.
- Assist in fluoroscopy procedures such as lumbar punctures, myelograms, and swallowing studies.
- Support operating room imaging for orthopedic and spinal surgeries.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate image acquisition and patient safety.
- Utilize EPIC system for patient data management and imaging documentation.
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of imaging experience, with 2 years strongly preferred.
- Certification in BLS and ARRT required.
- Proficiency with PACS, portable X-ray units, C-arm, and contrast procedures.
- Experience with EPIC and interventional radiology preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, specifically a schedule of 4 nights, 8 hours each (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
